The high-stability urea tank support comprises a bottom frame, a supporting frame and fixing assemblies, wherein the supporting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom frame, and the supporting frame and the bottom frame are matched to form a mounting space for rigidly limiting the bottom wall and the side wall of a urea tank; each fixing assembly comprises a rack, installed on the supporting frame in a sliding manner, a limiting rod fixedly connected to the rack, and a fixing part for limiting displacement of the rack through tooth engagement; the limiting rods are pressed against the urea tank to press the urea tank in the mounting space; the supporting frame is made of square tubes, communicating openings are formed in the supporting frame, and the racks are installed in the supporting frame in a sliding manner through the communicating openings; and the limiting rods are fixedly connectedto the ends, located outside the supporting frame, of the racks. According to the urea tank support and the assembling method, the fixing effect of the urea tank is effectively improved.
