The invention discloses a crane trolley limiting device. The crane trolley limiting device comprises a pulley, wherein sliding grooves are formed in the two ends of the pulley, and the sliding groovesare embedded in the pulley; limiting grooves are formed in the sliding grooves, the limiting grooves are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the sliding grooves, and the inclination angles of two sides of the limiting grooves are both 60 degrees; energy absorption rods are arranged on the side surfaces of the limiting grooves, and are movably connected with the insides of the limiting grooves, and each energy absorption rod is of a telescopic structure; sliding rails are arranged at the bottom of the pulley, and are slidably connected with the sliding grooves in the pulley; and limitingblocks are arranged on the surfaces of the sliding rails, the bottoms of the limiting blocks are embedded in the surfaces of the sliding rails, the limiting blocks are movably connected with the surfaces of the sliding rails, and the limiting blocks can be completely embedded in the limiting grooves in the sliding grooves. A buffering effect can be achieved through the energy absorption rods whenthe limiting grooves are close to the limiting blocks, a telescopic rod is driven by an air cylinder, and then drives the limiting blocks to lift, the limiting grooves are formed in the sliding grooves, and then can be driven when the pulley moves, and consequently, the limiting blocks are embedded in the limiting grooves, so that the pulley is fixed.

    本发明公开了一种起重机小车限位装置,包括滑车,滑车两端开设有滑槽,且滑槽嵌于滑车内部,滑槽内部设有限位槽,且限位槽和滑槽内壁固定连接,且限位槽的两边的倾斜角为60度,限位槽侧面设有吸能杆,且吸能杆和限位槽内部活动连接,且吸能杆为可伸缩结构,滑车底部设有滑轨,且滑轨和滑车内部的滑槽滑动连接,滑轨表面设有限位块,且限位块底部嵌于滑轨表面,且限位块和滑轨表面活动连接,且限位块和滑槽内部的限位槽可以完全嵌合。可以采用吸能杆在限位槽靠近限位块时起到缓冲作用,通过气缸驱动伸缩杆,再通过伸缩杆带动限位块的升降在滑槽内部设置限位槽,可以在滑车移动时带动限位槽,将限位块嵌在限位槽内部,起到固定滑车作用。
