The invention discloses a distributing and recovering device for a double-body seabed crawler. The device comprises a photoelectrical compound cable winch, a rack A and a bracket. The photoelectricalcompound cable winch is connected to a relay cabin and a crawler through a photoelectrical armored cable; the rack A is rotatably arranged on the end part of an engineer ship through a telescopic device, the bracket is slidably arranged on the end part of the engineer ship through a slide rail, and the rack A is hinged to the bracket through a connecting rod; a traction winch is arranged on the rack A, and is connected to the crawler through a bearing cable in a disconnected manner. The device further comprises a guide track, and the guide track is rotatably arranged on the bracket through a turning limiting device. By adopting the technical scheme, the distributing and recovering efficiency and stability of the double-body heavy ROV can be improved effectively, and the hoisting times in distributing and recovering the crawler can be shortened effectively, so that a problem that the bearing cable is disconnected due to swing is reduced effectively. In addition, a problem of excessive swing of the crawler hoisted by the bearing cable due to sea waves is further reduced effectively.
本发明公开了一种双体海底履带车的布放回收装置,包括设于工程船上的光电复合缆绞车、A架和托架,光电复合缆绞车通过光电铠装缆连接于中继仓和履带车上;A架通过伸缩装置可转动设于工程船的端部,托架通过滑轨可滑动设于工程船的端部,A架通过连杆与托架进行铰接;A架上设有牵引绞车,牵引绞车通过承重缆可断开的与履带车进行连接;还包括导向轨道,导向轨道通过转向限位装置可转动设于托架上;采用上述技术方案,可有效提高双体重型ROV的布放回收效率和稳定性,且有效减少履带车布放和回收过程中的吊装时间,有效降低因晃动造成承重缆断开的问题出现;另外,还有效降低履带车在承重缆的吊装下因海浪造成的摇摆晃动过大的问题出现。
