The invention relates to a heavy turbine rotor transfer flatcar and an operation method thereof, which is mainly applied to transferring a turbine rotor in a high-speed dynamic balance test system. Front walking wheels are connected with back walking wheels; a hinged shaft seat and a first fixed pin seat are installed on a driven frame; one end of a fixed pin rod is connected with the hinged shaftseat, and the other end of the fixed pin rod is connected with a second fixed pin seat and the first fixed pin seat; a driving flatcar is connected with a driven flatcar by virtue of an adjustable connecting rod; a left-handed nut is fixed on the driven flatcar, and a right-handed nut is fixed on the driving flatcar; both ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with a left-handed screw and a right-handed screw; the connecting rod is movably installed on a support frame; a support wheel is installed on the support frame; two groups of alignment sensors are respectively installedon the driving flatcar and the driven flatcar; a driven flatcar limiting sensor is installed on the driven flatcar; two groups of fixed pin inductive sensors are arranged, one group is installed on the second fixed pin seat, and the other group is arranged on the driven flatcar; and a control system is installed on the driving flatcar.

    本发明涉及一种重型汽轮机转子转运平车及其运行方法,主要应用于高速动平衡试验系统中汽轮机转子的转运。前行走车轮和后行走车轮连接;铰轴座和第一固定销座安装在从动车架上;固定销杆一端与铰轴座连接,另一端与第二固定销座和第一固定销座连接;主动平车与从动平车通过可调连接杆相连;左旋螺母固定在从动平车上,右旋螺母固定在主动平车上;连接杆两端分别与左旋螺杆和右旋螺杆连接;连接杆活动安装在支承架上;支撑轮安装在支承架上;对位传感器为两组,分别安装在主动平车与从动平车上;从动平车限位传感器安装在从动平车上;固定销感应传感器为两组,一组安装在第二固定销座上,另外一组安装在从动平车上;控制系统安装在主动平车上。
