The invention discloses an unlocking method of a remote control key for an intelligent automobile. The remote control key comprises a radio sending module and a first near-field communication chip, and the corresponding part of an automobile door lock comprises a radio receiving module and a second near-field communication chip. The method comprises the steps that the radio sending module of the remote control key obtains an identification code from an identification code storage loop and sends the identification code, wherein the identification code comprises the following fields: a sequencecode, a manufacturer code, a check code and an adjustment code. The sequence code is preset before the automobile leaves a factory and is a 24-bit random number; the manufacturer code is related to anautomobile manufacturer and is an 8-bit code, the code is set by the manufacturer before the automobile leaves the factory, the check code is a 16-bit random number generated by the remote control key according to a check seed, and the difference value between the check code and the check seed needs to meet a preset condition, for example, the difference value within 64 meets the specification; and the adjustment code is used for indicating an automobile door lock to adjust the check code.
