The invention discloses a tower transportation and installation device and an operation method. The device comprises a hydraulic axis vehicle, a power head, a hydraulic power pump station, a supporting frame assembly and a rotating device. A tower is fixed on the rotating device and rotates along with the rotating device in the rotating direction, the hydraulic axis vehicle and the rotating deviceare connected and fixed through the supporting frame assembly; and the power head is located at one end of the hydraulic axis vehicle to drive and control the hydraulic axis vehicle to be lifted up and down, walk forwards and backwards and steer by 360 degrees. According to the tower transportation and installation device, the hydraulic axis vehicle, the supporting frame assembly, the hydraulic power pump station and the rotating device are matched with one another for transportation and turnover, the tower is transported to the installation foundation position through the lifting, front-backwalking and 360-degree steering functions of the hydraulic axis vehicle, power is provided for the hydraulic power pump station through a PPU, the rotating device starts to work, the tower is turnedover and erected, and then a lifting lug at the top of the tower is lifted by using a single crane, so that the tower can be lifted and installed; and the tower transportation and installation devicehas the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, safety, reliability and hoisting cost saving.
本发明公开了一种塔器运输安装装置及作业方法,该装置包括液压轴线车、动力头、液压动力泵站、支撑架组件和旋转装置;塔器固定在旋转装置上并随旋转装置旋转方向,液压轴线车和旋转装置通过支撑架组件连接固定;动力头位于液压轴线车的一端驱动并控制液压轴线车上下升降、前后行走以及360°转向。本发明通过将液压轴线车、支撑架组件、液压动力泵站和旋转装置相互配合进行运输翻身,利用液压轴线车的升降、前后行走及360度转向功能,将塔器运输至安装基础位置,利用PPU给液压动力泵站提供动力,旋转装置开始工作,将塔器翻身直立,再利用单台吊机起吊塔器顶部吊耳,即可完成塔器的起吊安装,具有操作简便、安全可靠及节约起重成本的优点。
