The invention discloses an alternating-current charging heating control method of an electric vehicle. In the alternating-current charging heating process of the vehicle, a vehicle-mounted charger iscontrolled to perform self heating by a vehicle control unit and a battery management system; and after the self heating is completed, the target power of a water heating PTC is calculated by the vehicle control unit according to the maximum output power reported by the vehicle-mounted charger, the input power of a DC/DC converter and a fixed value after a sampling error is considered, the water heating PTC is controlled to operate according to the target power through a duty ratio signal, and the alternating-current charging heating of the vehicle is completed. According to the alternating-current charging heating control method, the problem that the output performance of the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced at low temperature can be solved; and the problem of shutdown protection due toan output undervoltage fault of the vehicle-mounted charger because the power sum of the water heating PTC and the DC/DC converter exceeds the maximum output capacity of the vehicle-mounted charger can also be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车交流充电加热控制方法,在车辆交流充电加热过程中,整车控制单元及电池管理系统控制车载充电机进行自加热;完成自加热后,整车控制单元根据车载充电机上报的最大输出功率、DC/DC变换器输入功率以及考虑采样误差后的固定值,计算水暖PTC的目标功率,通过占空比信号控制水暖PTC按照目标功率进行工作,车辆完成交流充电加热。本发明可解决车载充电机低温下输出性能下降的问题;也能避免由于水暖PTC及DC/DC变换器的功率总和超过车载充电机最大输出能力,导致车载充电机输出欠压故障而关机保护的问题。
