The invention discloses a method for integrally lifting and installing steel platforms in a limited space. The method comprises the following steps that the plurality of steel platforms to be installed are assembled in a workshop, and lifting lugs I are welded on upper and lower flanges at two ends of all steel platform main beams; lifting units are installed at the positions, corresponding to thetwo ends of the top layer steel platform main beam to be lifted, of an inner side concrete column, an outer side concrete column and a concrete beam, a concrete short beam located above the concretebeam and parallel to the concrete beam, and a concrete short column vertically arranged on the concrete beam correspondingly, each lifting unit comprises a cross rod, a supporting rod, a diagonal drawbar and an electric hoist; all the steel platforms are conveyed to a construction site, and the top layer steel platform is hoisted; and then the installed steel platform on the previous layer is sequentially used as a support, and the steel platform on the next layer is hoisted till lifting installation of all the steel platforms is completed. According to the method, the steel platforms can beintegrally lifted and mounted in the limited space, and the mounting efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种受限空间内整体提升安装钢平台的方法,包括以下步骤:在车间组装若干待安装钢平台,并在所有钢平台主梁的两端的上下翼缘上分别焊接吊耳Ⅰ;在待提升顶层钢平台主梁两端对应的内侧混凝土柱、外侧混凝土柱、混凝土梁以及位于混凝土梁上方且与混凝土梁平行设置的混凝土短梁和竖直设置在混凝土梁上的混凝土短柱上分别安装提升单元,提升单元包括横杆、支撑杆、斜拉杆和电动葫芦;将所有钢平台输送至施工现场,吊装顶层钢平台;然后再依次以上一层已安装的钢平台为支撑,吊装下一层下一层钢平台,直到完成所有钢平台的提升安装。该方法的能在受限空间内对钢平台进行整体提升安装,且安装效率高。
