The invention relates to a novel wind-resistant and anti-skid safety protection device for a hoisting machine. The wind-resistant and anti-skid safety protection device for the hoisting machine comprises a clamping arm connecting seat, a left clamping arm, a right clamping arm, a return spring, a specially-shaped electromagnet, a specially-shaped armature, a clamping gasket, a control box and other components, wherein the clamping arm connecting seat is connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm, so that the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are capable of symmetrically swinging around a guide rail; the return spring is connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm, so that the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm are opened by a certain angle under the condition that the specially-shaped electromagnet is powered off; the specially-shaped electromagnet and the specially-shaped armature are connected with the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm separately; the clamping gasket is connected with the clamping inner sides of the specially-shaped electromagnet and the specially-shaped armature, and a clamping force straingauge is embedded into the clamping gasket; and the control box is fixed to the clamping arm connecting seat. The wind-resistant and anti-skid safety protection device for the hoisting machine is linked with a control system of the hoisting machine, capable of effectively and automatically clamping the guide rail under the condition that the hoisting machine stops, and controlling the clamping force to be within a certain range through feedback of the strain gauge, and capable of being applied to the fields of hoisting machines, elevators, three-dimensional parking garages and the like.
