The invention relates to a non-liquefiable high-methane-content volatile gas treatment system for an ethane transport ship, and belongs to the technical field of ship engineering equipment. The non-liquefiable high-methane-content volatile gas treatment system comprises a treatment system which includes: a cargo hold, a first gas-liquid separator, a cargo compressor, a reliquefaction device, a second gas-liquid separator, a pressure control three-way valve, a high-pressure compressor, a high-pressure gas storage tank, an aftercooler, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a pressure reducing valve, a pressure regulating valve and a heater; and a volatile gas collecting pipe is arranged at the top of the cargo hold and connected with the first gas-liquid separator, the first gas-liquid separator is connected with the cargo compressor, the cargo compressor is connected with the reliquefaction device, the reliquefaction device is connected with the second gas-liquid separator,and the bottom of the second gas-liquid separator is connected with the cargo hold. The problems that in the prior art, an ethane reliquefaction device cannot liquefy high-content methane gas, resources are wasted and the environment is damaged when the methane gas is combusted are solved, overall configuration is simple, and practicability is high.
本发明一种乙烷运输船不可液化的高甲烷含量挥发气体处理系统,属于船舶工程装备技术领域,包括处理系统,处理系统包括:货舱、第一气液分离器、货物压缩机、再液化装置、第二气液分离器、压力控制三通阀、高压压缩机、高压储气罐、后冷器、第一压力传感器、第二压力传感器、减压阀、调压阀、加热器;货舱的顶部设置有挥发气收集管,挥发气收集管与第一气液分离器连接,第一气液分离器连接货物压缩机,货物压缩机连接再液化装置,再液化装置连接第二气液分离器,第二气液分离器底部连接货舱。本发明服现有技术中乙烷再液化装置无法液化高含量的甲烷气体,燃烧甲烷气体存在浪费资源和破坏环境的问题,整体配置简单,实用性强。
