The invention discloses a maglev train intelligent fault diagnosis system and method based on the Internet of Things. The system comprises a hardware system disposed in an electrical cabinet of a maglev train vehicle, and a software system disposed in a control computer of a ground operation and control room. The hardware system comprises a train control communication module, a suspension communication module, a data acquisition and processing module and a wireless network connection module, and the data acquisition and processing module is respectively connected with a train control system and a traction system of a maglev train through the train control communication module and is connected with a suspension control system of the maglev train through the suspension communication module.The software system comprises a system server, a disk array and network equipment, the system server is connected with the data acquisition and processing module through the network equipment and thewireless network connection module, the network equipment is connected with the wireless network connection module, and the disk array is connected with the system server. According to the maglev train intelligent fault diagnosis system and method, the operation state and data of a maglev train core system can be monitored in real time, and accurate mass data is provided for vehicle maintenance and fault diagnosis.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的磁浮列车智能故障诊断系统及方法,包括安装于磁浮列车车辆电气柜中的硬件系统与配置于地面运控室的控制计算机内的软件系统,硬件系统包括列控通讯模块、悬浮通讯模块、数据采集处理模块和无线网络连接模块,数据采集处理模块通过列控通讯模块分别与磁浮列车的列控系统和牵引系统连接,且通过以悬浮通讯模块与磁浮列车的悬浮控制系统连接;软件系统包括系统服务器、磁盘阵列和网络设备,系统服务器通过网络设备和无线网络连接模块与数据采集处理模块连接,网络设备与无线网络连接模块连接,磁盘阵列与系统服务器连接。本发明可实时监测磁浮列车核心系统的运行状态与数据,为车辆维护保养和故障诊断提供准确海量数据。
