The invention discloses a load identification method of an electric vehicle. The load identification method comprises the following steps of (1) analyzing and screening acquired vehicle driving data,and only retaining data in the acceleration process of the vehicle, wherein the data include vehicle speed, motor speed and torque; (2) selecting data in a unit time period from the reserved data, andsubtracting the speeds corresponding to adjacent sampling intervals so as to obtain an acceleration value a; (3) establishing a driving force equation of a driving motor of the electric vehicle, andcalculating driving force F at multiple speeds in the unit time period; and (4) establishing a driving force balance equation of the electric vehicle through wheel stress analysis, calculating each force borne by the vehicle, finally, calculating so as to obtain corresponding estimated weights at multiple speeds in the unit time period according to a mechanical formula, screening the estimated weights, removing abnormal values, calculating an average value, and using a value obtained by subtracting dead weight of the vehicle from the average value as the load estimated value of the vehicle, sothat the load of the vehicle is identified.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车的载重识别方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、对获取的车辆行驶数据进行分析和筛选,仅保留车辆加速过程中数据,数据包括车速、电机转速、扭矩;步骤二、在上述保留的数据中选取一个单位时间段内的数据,将相邻采样间隔对应的速度做差,得到加速度值a;步骤三、建立电动汽车驱动电机的驱动力方程,计算该单位时间段内多个速度下的驱动力F;步骤四、由车轮受力分析,建立电动汽车驱动力平衡方程,计算车辆所受各力,最后根据力学公式,计算得到该单位时间段内多个速度下对应的预估重量,对预估重量进行筛选,剔除异常值,计算平均值,将该平均值减去车辆自重后得到的值作为车辆载重的估算值,从而识别出该车辆载重。
