The invention provides a new energy automobile sliding energy recovery method based on road conditions. The method is characterized in that after a driver loosens an accelerator, the whole automobileenters a sliding state, a vehicle control unit judges whether to enable recovery torque or not according to the current automobile speed, when the automobile speed is less than or equal to Vmin, the recovery torque is 0, and when the automobile speed is larger than Vmin, the recovery torque is determined according to the current sliding energy recovery intensity, the current automobile speed, theramp signal and the traffic condition. The method has the advantage that the most suitable and most economical energy recovery torque can be provided according to road conditions and automobile conditions.
