The invention relates to the technical field of wind energy application, and discloses a charging device integrating wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. The charging device comprises a shell, a wind turbine is fixedly connected to the exterior of the shell, a rotating disc is movably connected to the exterior of the shell, a first supporting rod is fixedly connected to the exterior of the rotating disc, a supporting plate is movably connected to the top of the first supporting rod, a photovoltaic assembly is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting plate, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the exterior of the photovoltaic assembly, and a first photoresistor is fixedly connected to the exterior of the fixing plate. Through interaction of a first gear, a secondgear, a threaded pipe, a shading rod, the first photoresistor, the first supporting rod, a second supporting rod and a rotating shaft, when the solar altitudes change along with time, the inclinationangle of the photovoltaic assembly can be automatically adjusted, so that the photovoltaic module meet the solar altitudes in different time periods, and thus, the power generation efficiency of thephotovoltaic assembly is higher.
