The invention discloses a control system for an automatic charging station. The control system comprises an industrial control computer, a programmable controller, a six-axis mechanical arm controller, a manipulator control module, a combined positioning module, a charging pile, a monitoring module, a safety protection module and a router. A laser displacement sensor and a visual positioning unitare combined to determine the position of a charging socket of a to-be-charged electric bus, a six-axis mechanical arm is applied to drive a charging gun manipulator, a charging gun is automatically grabbed from the charging pile and inserted into the charging socket of the to-be-charged electric bus, then the charging pile is controlled to start charging, after charging is completed, charging canbe automatically stopped, the charging gun is grabbed from the charging socket of the to-be-charged electric bus, pulled out and sent back to a socket of the charging pile and finally enters the standby position, and automatic charging operation of the electric bus can be achieved. Compared with the traditional manual operation, the labor intensity is reduced, and the human resource cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种用于自动充电站的控制系统,其包括工业控制计算机、可编程控制器、六轴机械臂控制器、机械手控制模块、组合定位模块、充电桩、监控模块、安全保护模块和路由器。本发明采用激光位移传感器和视觉定位单元组合确定待充电电动公交车充电插座的位置,应用六轴机械臂带动充电枪机械手,具备自动从充电桩抓取充电枪,并插入待充电电动公交车的充电插座,再控制充电桩启动充电,充电完成后,能自动停止充电,并从待充电电动公交车的充电插座抓取充电枪、拔出充电枪,再送回充电桩的插座,最后进入待机位置,可实现电动公交车充电自动化作业。本发明与传统的人工作业相比,降低了劳动强度,节省了人力资源成本。
