The invention discloses a device and method for realizing quick start and automatic isolation of a pantograph automatic pantograph descending system. The device comprises a pneumatic loop which consists of a fault recovery valve, a quick exhaust valve, two groups of pressure switches and a test port, and the pneumatic loop is connected between a quick pantograph descending valve and a sliding plate in series. The fault recovery valve is connected between the quick pantograph descending valve and the sliding plate in series, is in a normally open state and communicates with an air path betweenthe quick pantograph descending valve and an air way of the sliding plate. The quick exhaust valve is connected with the fault recovery valve in parallel and is in a normally closed state, and compressed air leakage of the automatic pantograph descending system is simulated. Quick function isolation of the automatic pantograph descending system can be achieved, pantograph application is recovered,and after automatic pantograph descending of a current pantograph, the automatic pantograph descending function of a rear pantograph is quickly started to achieve the effects of quickly protecting the rear pantograph and avoiding further expansion of pantograph catenary accidents.

    本发明公开了一种用于实现受电弓自动降弓系统快速启动及自动隔离装置和方法,包括由故障恢复阀、快速排气阀、两组压力开关以及测试口构成的气动回路,该气路串接在快速降弓阀和滑板的之间;故障恢复阀串接在快速降弓阀和滑板的之间,处于常开状态,连通快速降弓阀与滑板气道间的气路;快速排气阀与故障恢复阀并接,处于常闭状态,模拟自动降弓系统压缩空气泄漏。可以实现自动降弓系统的快速功能隔离,恢复受电弓运用,也可以实现当前弓自动降弓后,后弓快速启动自动降弓功能达到快速保护后弓,避免弓网事故进一步扩大作用。
