The invention discloses an interlocking type tire crown structure which comprises an upper-layer wear-resistant rubber body used for constructing a tire crown wear-resistant layer and a lower-layer wear-resistant rubber body used for absorbing part of impact force, a connecting structure used for connecting the upper-layer wear-resistant rubber body and the lower-layer wear-resistant rubber body is arranged on a junction surface between the upper-layer wear-resistant rubber body and the lower-layer wear-resistant rubber body, and a bonding rubber sheet is arranged at the lower side of the lower-layer wear-resistant rubber body; and the connecting structure comprises a first connecting face arranged on the upper-layer wear-resistant rubber body and a second connecting face arranged on the lower-layer wear-resistant rubber body, and the first connecting face and the second connecting face are of an interlocking type protrusion and groove structure. The interlocking type tire crown structure is designed for overcoming the shortcomings of an existing device, through a brand new interlocking type combining manner, a traditional linear combination manner is broken through, the contact area is increased, the defects in the prior art are overcome, the combination capacity of the two parts is improved, and the service life of the tire under harsh use conditions is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种互锁式胎冠结构,包括用于构建胎冠耐磨层的上层耐磨胶体和吸收部分冲击力的下层耐磨胶体,所述上层耐磨胶体和下层耐磨胶体之间的结合面处设有用于连接二者的连接结构,所述下层耐磨胶体下侧设有粘合胶片;所述连接结构包括设置在上层耐磨胶体上的第一连接面和设置在下层耐磨胶体上的第二连接面,第一连接面和第二连接面为相互锁扣的突起和凹槽结构,本发明针对现有装置的弊端进行设计,通过全新的互锁式结合方式,打破传统直线结合形式,增加接触面积,克服现有技术的不足,提升两者结合能力,提升轮胎苛刻使用条件下的寿命。
