The invention provides a super capacitor bidirectional pre-charging system for a fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile, which comprises an internal pre-charging module, a bidirectional DC module and anexternal pre-charging module electrically connected in sequence, wherein the internal pre-charging module comprises a first super capacitor, a second super capacitor, a first main contactor, a firstpre-charging contactor and a first pre-charging resistor; the bidirectional DC module comprises a first pre-charging capacitor, a buck-boost module, a second main contactor, a second pre-charging contactor, a second pre-charging resistor and a second pre-charging capacitor; and the external pre-charging module comprises a third main contactor, a third pre-charging contactor, a third pre-charging resistor and a power battery. The system has the beneficial effects that the adaptability of the auxiliary energy hybrid system can be improved, and meanwhile, the super capacitor system can be suitable for a hydrogen energy automobile or a hydrogen energy system with a single auxiliary energy framework.
