The invention discloses a GPS truck scheduling method applied to an intelligent cement factory, wherein the method comprises the following steps: S1, detecting whether a stone crushing plant is in a full-load state or not after trucks are loaded, executing the step S2 if a detection result is that the stone crushing plant is in a full-load state, and executing the step S3 if the detection result is that the stone crushing plant is not in a full-load state; S2, no-load trucks drive before the load trucks, and the shortest distance path between a quarry and the stone crushing plant serves as thedriving path of the load trucks; and S3, the load trucks drive before the no-load trucks, and the shortest distance path between the quarry and the stone crushing plant serves as the driving path ofthe load trucks. Intelligent scheduling of GPS trucks is achieved, and the efficiency of the mining production process is optimized; the stations are arranged between the quarry and the stone crushingplant, the shortest driving path is planned through the set path between the stations, driving is conducted based on the set path, the safety of back-and-forth operation of the trucks between the quarry and the stone crushing plant is facilitated, in addition, when the multiple trucks work at the same time, the base station points are used for scheduling, and guaranteeing of the safety between the meeting trucks is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种应用于智能水泥工厂的GPS卡车调度方法,包括如下步骤:S1、卡车在载重完毕后,检测碎石场是否处于满负荷状态,若检测检测结果为是,执行步骤S2,若检测结果为否,则执行步骤S3;S2、空载卡车优先负载卡车行驶,将采石场与碎石场间的最短距离路径作为负载卡车的行驶路径;S3、负载卡车优先空载卡车行驶,将采石场与碎石场间的最短距离路径作为负载卡车的行驶路径。实现的GPS卡车的智能调度,优化采矿生产过程的效率;在采石场与碎石场之间设置站点,通过站点间的设定路径进行最短行驶路径的规划,基于设定的路径行驶,有利于卡车在采石场与碎石场间往返运行的安全性,此外,在多辆卡车同时作业时,基站点进行调度,有利于保证相会卡车间的安全性。
