In the prior art, a fault diagnosis method based on a mechanism model is difficult to separate faults. In addition, a satellite system is located in a space environment and often faces the effects of various perturbation forces, and disturbance signals are difficult to accurately estimate. In order to solve the above problems, according to the method, residual signals of a mechanism model are input into a data-driven diagnosis and early warning model, diagnosis and early warning of potential faults of the satellite attitude control system are achieved, timely early warning can be given for early faults of the satellite attitude control system, the calculation complexity is low, the diagnosis accuracy is high, the missing report rate and the false alarm rate are low, and the reliability is high. An effective method is provided for rapid fault diagnosis and early fault early warning of a satellite attitude control system.

    本发明公开了一种基于随机森林的卫星姿态控制系统故障诊断与预警方法,属于卫星姿态控制系统故障预警技术领域,包括如下步骤:原始数据集的建立;特征数据集的建立;随机森林故障诊断模型的建立;系统故障标签的获取。基于机理模型的故障诊断方法较难进行故障分离,此外卫星系统处于太空环境中,常面临多种摄动力的作用,扰动信号难以精确估计。为解决这一问题,本发明方法将机理模型的残差信号输入数据驱动的诊断与预警模型中,实现对卫星姿态控制系统潜在故障的诊断与预警,可对卫星姿态控制系统早期故障给出及时预警且计算复杂度低、诊断准确率高、漏报率和误报率低,为卫星姿态控制系统的故障快速诊断和故障早期预警提供了有效的方法。
