The invention provides a current detection device and a vehicle. The current detection device comprises a Hall sensor, a microprocessor and a power supply unit. The Hall sensor is located in a magnetic field area generated by electrifying a to-be-detected structure, and the Hall sensor is not electrically connected with the to-be-detected structure; the microprocessor is electrically connected with the Hall sensor and is used for judging whether the current of the structure to be detected is greater than an overcurrent protection threshold value or not according to the output of the Hall sensor and sending an alarm signal under the condition that the current is greater than the overcurrent protection threshold value; and the power supply unit is electrically connected with the Hall sensorand the microprocessor, and the power supply unit is used for supplying power to the Hall sensor and the microprocessor. By means of the current detection device, the function of detecting the currentof the low-voltage distribution box in a non-contact mode is achieved, and the current detection device is small in size, convenient to install, extremely low in consumed power and capable of meetingthe requirement for measurement of the large current of 100 A or above.
