The invention relates to a suspension device of a gas-magnetism hybrid structure for microgravity simulation. The suspension device comprises a permanent magnet and electromagnetic hybrid module, a gas thrust bearing, a bottom shell and a magnetic conduction platform. The permanent magnet and electromagnetic hybrid module comprises permanent magnets, iron cores and electromagnetic coils; the permanent magnets are fixedly connected with the iron cores; multiple coil grooves for winding the electromagnetic coils are formed in the upper end surface of each iron core; the gas thrust bearing comprises a bearing shell and a porous graphite plate; an annular groove is formed in the upper end surface of the bearing shell; a gas supply hole is formed in the bearing shell and communicates with the annular groove; the porous graphite plate is annular, is matched with the annular groove in the upper end surface of the bearing shell in size and is connected with the annular groove; the magnetic conduction platform is located above the permanent magnet and electromagnetic hybrid module and the gas thrust bearing; a main body of the gas thrust bearing is annular and wraps the permanent magnet andelectromagnetic hybrid module; and the upper surface of the gas thrust bearing is higher than the upper surface of the permanent magnet and electromagnetic hybrid module.
