The invention provides a hollowed-out main beam of a single-beam crane. The hollowed-out main beam comprises a hollowed-out main beam component, two end lengthening parts, two end sealing plates, fourstiffening plates, two inclined plates and two connecting plates; one end of each end lengthening part is welded to the end of the hollowed-out main beam component, and each end sealing plate is welded to the other end of the corresponding end lengthening part; each connecting plate is welded to the bottom of the corresponding end lengthening part and connected with an end beam of a crane througha bolt set; each stiffening plate is welded with the corresponding end lengthening part; the upper end of each inclined plate is welded to the corresponding end lengthening part, and the lower end ofeach inclined plate is welded to the hollowed-out main beam component; and an electric hoist is arranged on a lower flange plate of the hollow main beam component. The hollowed-out main beam of the single-beam crane has the beneficial effects that the hollowed-out main beam is light in self weight, and the material utilization rate is increased; and by adopting the form of the hollowed-out main beam, the self-weight of the main beam of the single-beam crane can be reduced, the wheel pressure of the crane is reduced, and the wheel pressure of the crane is reduced so that a factory building structure can be made lighter, and the steel structure cost of the factory building is saved.
本发明提出了一种镂空型单梁起重机主梁,包括:镂空主梁构件、两个端部加长件、两块封头板、四块加劲板、两块斜板和两块连接板,端部加长件的一端与镂空主梁构件的端部焊接,封头板与端部加长件的另一端焊接;连接板与端部加长件的底部焊接,连接板通过螺栓组与起重机的端梁连接;加劲板与端部加长件焊接;斜板的上端与端部加长件焊接,斜板的下端与镂空主梁构件焊接;镂空主梁构件的下翼缘板上设有电动葫芦。本发明的有益效果如下:镂空型主梁自重轻,材料利用率得到提升;通过采用镂空主梁的形式,可以减轻单梁起重机主梁的自重,降低起重机的轮压,起重机轮压变小,使得厂房结构可以做的更轻,节约厂房的钢结构成本。
