The invention relates to a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) efficient and high-speed aircraft. A composite tilting wing longitudinal variable-wing reverse-speed rotor aircraft is characterized inthat a main lift rotor set 5 is longitudinally arranged on the upper portion of an aircraft body 1, two pairs of convertible blades 9 are arranged on the main lift rotor set 5, a fixed wing 2 is arranged in the middle of the aircraft body 1, a power stub wing 4 is arranged on the fixed wing 2, and an aileron 8 is arranged on the power stub wing 4; a horizontal tail 3, a vertical tail 6 and an undercarriage 7 are arranged on the aircraft body 1. The power stub 4 tilts, and the rotor-wing conversion enables the composite tilting wing tandem variable-wing reverse-speed rotor aircraft to truly become a high-speed helicopter capable of vertically taking off, landing and hovering, and the composite tilting wing tandem variable-wing reverse-speed rotor aircraft has great significance in nationaleconomy and national defense construction.
