The invention relates to a composite material integral wallboard structure and a manufacturing method, the composite material integral wallboard comprises an outer skin, a sandwich stringer and an inner skin, the outer skin is a cured composite material skin, the sandwich stringer is made of a foam core, the lower surface of the sandwich stringer is matched with the curvature of the outer skin. The inner skin is also a cured composite material skin, at least one groove matched with the sandwich stringer is formed in the inner skin, the outer skin and the inner skin are attached and cured, andthe sandwich stringer is embedded in the groove of the inner skin.
