A 'crank arm paddle' of a ship propeller is composed of a long force arm composed of multiple sections and a movable paddle board, the multiple sections of force arms bend and extend forwards and backwards like arms, and the paddle board is especially long in stroke like a hand; and the movable paddle plate pushes water vertically with the maximum upstream area and returns tangentially with the minimum upstream area. The multi-section force arm is generally 2-3 sections, the paddle plate is pushed to do linear reciprocating or elliptical motion, the paddle plate has three forms of longitudinalrotation, horizontal rotation and linear reciprocating, and the ratio of useful acting push stroke is greatly increased compared with that of a propeller in circular motion. The crank arm paddle canbe a single crank arm paddle, or two or four crank arm paddles can be arranged on one shaft, the single-paddle pushing stroke of each rotation of the crank arm paddle is twice of that of a force arm,the four-paddle pushing stroke is eight times of that of the force arm, the water pushing distance of the two paddles is twice of that of the force arm, and the rear paddle plate cannot contact cavitation bubbles and hollow areas generated by the front paddle plate. Cavitation, idle pushing and mechanical vibration are prevented. Low noise is realized. High rotating speed can be achieved in water,and high pushing speed is generated. The maximum pushing speed is the perimeter * rotating speed with the total length of the force arm as the radius, and the theoretical pushing speed should reach thousand kilometers per hour. Because large thrust is generated at a high speed, a paddle board does not need to be oversized, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low. The crank armpaddle is suitable for ships of various sizes, especially large crank-arm propellers which generate high pushing speed at low rotating speed.
一种船舶推进器‑“曲臂桨”,由多节构成的长力臂和动桨板组成:多节力臂像胳膊那样前后曲伸,桨板如手行程特别长;动桨板以最大迎水面积垂向推水,以最小迎水面积切向回程。多节力臂一般2‑3节,推动桨板做直线往复或椭圆运动,桨板有纵旋、平旋、直线往复三种形式,比圆周运动的推进器大幅增加了有用做功推程的比值。曲臂桨可以是单条曲臂桨,也可以一轴两条或四条曲臂桨,曲臂桨每转单桨推程是力臂的两倍,四桨推程是力臂的八倍,两桨推水间距是力臂的两倍,后面桨板接触不到前桨板产生的空泡、空洞区,不会有气蚀、推空、机振现象,噪声低,在水中可以高转速,产生高推速。最高推速是力臂总长为半径的周长×转速,理论推速应达千公里/小时。因为高速度产生大推力,不再需要桨板超大面积,结构也简单,造价低。适合各种大小船舶应用,特别是大型曲臂桨低转速产生高推速。
