The interiors of the outer sleeves and the interiors of the inner sleeves are each of a hollow structure, rubidium magnets are fixedly connected to thecenters of the bottom faces of the inner walls of the outer sleeves and the centers of the top faces of the inner walls of the inner sleeves, the same poles of the rubidium magnets are opposite, and the rubidium magnets are used in cooperation with springs, so that the advancing distance of the inner sleeves in the outer sleeves can be reduced; therefore, the possibility that the structure connected with the top of the inner sleeves collides with the top end of the dash board is reduced, the possibility that the dash board generates noise is reduced, meanwhile, shock absorption treatment can be conducted on the dash board, the possibility that the dash board collides with other components on an automobile is reduced, and the normal use of the dash board is guaranteed.
