The invention discloses a front cabin frame assembly adopting a forked front girder assembly, which comprises a front anti-collision beam, an auxiliary frame assembly and the forked front girder assembly fixed on the rear sides of the left end part and the right end part of the front anti-collision beam, and the forked front girder assembly comprises a front girder assembly, a front carriage outerside longitudinal beam angle plate and a front floor cross beam extension piece, a front carriage outer side longitudinal beam angle plate extends and is fixed from the outer side of the middle-frontportion of the front girder assembly to the inner side of the threshold, a front floor cross beam extending piece extends and is fixed from the inner side of the middle-rear portion of the front girder assembly to the middle channel longitudinal beam, and the end of the auxiliary frame assembly is detachably fixed to the upper side of the middle of the corresponding front girder assembly. The ends of the auxiliary frame assembly are located on the front sides of the corresponding front carriage outer side longitudinal beam angle plates and the corresponding front floor cross beam extending pieces respectively. According to the forecabin frame assembly adopting the forked type front girder assembly, the problem that the force transmission path of a front collision girder area of a vehicleis single is solved, stress concentration of an auxiliary frame assembly during front collision is avoided, and riding comfort is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种采用分叉式前大梁组件的前舱框架总成,包括前防撞梁、副车架总成、固定于前防撞梁左右端部后侧的分叉式前大梁组件,分叉式前大梁组件包括前大梁组件、前厢外侧纵梁角板以及前地板横梁延伸件,前厢外侧纵梁角板自所述前大梁组件中前部外侧向门槛内侧延伸固定,前地板横梁延伸件自前大梁组件中后部内侧向中通道纵梁延伸固定,副车架总成端部可拆卸式固定在对应的前大梁组件中部上侧上,副车架总成端部分别位于对应的前厢外侧纵梁角板和前地板横梁延伸件前侧。本发明一种采用分叉式前大梁组件的前舱框架总成,解决车辆正面碰撞大梁区域传力路径单一问题,避免发生正碰时副车架总成应力集中以及保证乘坐舒适性。
