The invention relates to the related field of engineering carts, and discloses an engineering cart device capable of automatically locking and decelerating when going up and down a slope. The engineering cart device comprises a supporting plate, a baffle is fixedly connected to the left end surface of the supporting plate, a handle is fixedly connected to the left end surface of the baffle, and two rear wheel cavities with downward openings are symmetrically arranged in the supporting plate front and back by taking the handle as a center; two front wheel cavities which are positioned on the right sides of the rear wheel cavities and have downward openings are symmetrically formed in the supporting plate front and back by taking the handle as the center; the driving state of the cart is judged through a horizontal sliding block; when the cart climbs a slope, the sliding block slides to control a lock rod to abut against driving wheels, and therefore the driving wheels are controlled tobe irreversible. When the cart slides downwards, the wheels are locked; when the cart is in a downhill state, a centrifugal wheel is used for judging the cart speed and controlling a threaded rod to rotate, so that the contact area of a friction block and a bevel gear is controlled, the wheel speed is affected, automatic control over the wheel speed is achieved, and certain potential safety hazards are eliminated.

    本发明涉及工程推车相关领域,公开了一种上下坡自动锁死减速的工程推车装置,包括托板,托板左端面固定连接有挡板,挡板左端面固定连接有把手,托板内以把手为中心前后对称设有两个开口向下的后轮腔,托板内以把手为中心前后对称设有两个位于后轮腔右侧且开口向下的前轮腔,通过水平滑块,判断推车的行驶状态,当推车处于爬坡时,滑块滑动控制锁杆与驱动轮相抵,从而控制驱动轮不可逆转,当推车向下滑动时,实现对车轮的锁死,当推车处于下坡时,利用离心轮判断车速,控制螺纹杆转动,从而控制摩擦块与锥齿轮的接触面积,进而影响车轮速度,实现对车轮速度的自动控制,消除了一定的安全隐患。
