The invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, and provides an underframe and a railway vehicle. The structure comprises a buffer beam having an upper end provided with a pair of anti-creeperinstallation bases and an end door stand column installation part, a pair of side beams connected to the two ends of the buffer beam respectively, a pair of front-end traction beam bodies, and a pairof rear-end traction beam bodies. The pair of front-end traction beam bodies are connected between a coupler mounting base and the buffer beam at an angle, and the pair of front-end traction beam bodies, the coupler mounting base and the buffer beam form a triangular force transmission structure; the pair of rear-end traction beam bodies are connected between the coupler mounting base and the sleeper beam at an angle; the coupler mounting base, the pair of rear-end traction beam bodies and the sleeper beam form a triangular force transmission structure; the pair of oblique beams is connectedbetween the side beams and the buffer beam, the pair of front-end cross beams is arranged on the two transverse sides of the coupler mounting base respectively, and the front-end traction beam body, the oblique beams and the front-end cross beams form a triangular force transmission structure. Under the condition that the weight of the traction beam is not increased, the coupler compression and tensile load bearing capacity of the traction beam is improved, and local stress concentration cannot be generated on the floor at the rear end of the anti-creeper.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆领域,提供底架及轨道车辆。该结构包括缓冲梁,上端分别设有一对防爬器安装座和端门立柱安装部;一对边梁,分别连接在缓冲梁的两端;一对前端牵引梁本体呈角度连接在车钩安装座与缓冲梁之间,一对前端牵引梁本体、车钩安装座与缓冲梁构成三角形传力结构;一对后端牵引梁本体呈角度连接在车钩安装座与枕梁之间;车钩安装座、一对后端牵引梁本体与枕梁构成三角形传力结构;一对斜梁连接在边梁与缓冲梁之间,一对前端横梁分别设于车钩安装座的横向两侧,前端牵引梁本体、斜梁与前端横梁构成三角形传力结构。本发明在不增加牵引梁重量下,提高牵引梁承受车钩压缩及拉伸载荷能力,同时不会在防爬器后端地板处产生局部应力集中。
