The invention discloses an anti-loosening structure of dustproof cover. The anti-loosening structure comprises a dustproof cover and a feeler lever; the dustproof cover comprises a connecting sleeve,the connecting sleeve is in clearance fit with the feeler lever, a clamping groove is formed in the feeler lever, a steel wire check ring is arranged in the clamping groove, and the inner diameter ofthe steel wire check ring is larger than the diameter of the clamping groove and smaller than the diameter of the feeler lever. The outer diameter of the steel cable baffle ring is greater than the diameter of the feeler lever; the connecting sleeve is provided with an arc groove corresponding to the clamping groove of the feeler lever, and the lower edge of the arc groove and the connecting sleeve are in transition through a first chamfer. The anti-loosening structure realizes stable and reliable connection between the dustproof cover and the feeler lever, so that the dustproof cover does notloosen or fall off in the application process of empty and loaded railway wagons; meanwhile, the dustproof cover can be detached when the automatic empty and loaded railway wagon adjusting device isoverhauled.

    本发明公开一种防尘罩防松结构,包括防尘罩和触杆,所述防尘罩包括连接套,所述连接套与触杆采用间隙配合,所述触杆上开设有卡槽,所述卡槽内设置有钢丝挡圈,所述钢丝挡圈的内径大于卡槽的直径且小于触杆的直径,所述钢丝挡圈的外径大于触杆的直径;所述连接套在触杆的卡槽位置处对应设置有圆弧槽,所述圆弧槽下边缘处与连接套通过第一倒角过渡。该防松结构实现防尘罩与触杆连接稳定可靠,使得防尘罩在铁路货车空重车应用过程中不松动,脱落,同时在对铁路货车空重车自动调整装置进行检修时,防尘罩可以拆卸。
