The invention relates to a brake pedal structure with a self-adjustable lever ratio, and belongs to the technical field of automobile design and manufacturing. The brake pedal structure capable with self-adjustable lever ratio comprises a pedal support and a pedal arm assembly. A limiting hole channel is formed in the pedal support, a limiting pin penetrates through the limiting hole channel to befixed to the pedal support, the pedal arm assembly comprises a first pedal arm and a second pedal arm, and the first pedal arm is installed on the pedal support through a first rotating shaft. A spiral spring is arranged between the two side walls of the upper end of the second pedal arm, the first pedal arm is connected with the second pedal arm through a second rotating shaft, and the lower endof the first pedal arm is located outside the spiral spring; and the second pedal arm is provided with a boosting main cylinder push rod connecting point. The brake pedal structure has a small leverratio at the initial stage of braking, the lever ratio is automatically increased during emergency braking, and the initial state can be automatically restored without manual adjustment or part replacement.

    本发明涉及一种可自调杠杆比的制动踏板结构,属于汽车设计与制造的技术领域。本发明的可自调杠杆比的制动踏板结构包括踏板支架和踏板臂组件;踏板支架上设置有限位孔道,限位销穿过限位孔道固定在踏板支架上,踏板臂组件包括第一踏板臂和第二踏板臂,第一踏板臂通过第一旋转轴安装在踏板支架上;第二踏板臂上端的两侧壁之间设置有螺旋弹簧,第一踏板臂与第二踏板臂通过第二旋转轴连接,第一踏板臂的下端位于螺旋弹簧的外侧;第二踏板臂上设置有助力主缸推杆连接点。本发明的制动踏板结构在制动初期有较小的杠杆比、在紧急制动时自动增大杠杆比,且无需手动调节或更换零部件即可自动恢复初始状态。
