The invention discloses a rearview image head-up display system based on eyeball recognition laser imaging. The system comprises a laser imaging system which carries out enhancement of an image through receiving the image information transmitted by an image collection system, the image acquisition system that is used for acquiring image information, external environment information, vehicle position information and vehicle speed information and sending the information to a laser imaging system, and an eyeball recognition system used for recognizing human eye positions and eye spots by shootingeyeball images. The potential safety hazard that a driver needs to look at the outside rear-view mirrors left and right during lane changing overtaking is avoided, image information is not displayedunder the normal driving condition, when the driver turns on a steering lamp or looks at the left and right fixing areas of the front windshield slightly, rearview image information can be obtained, and attention of the driver is distracted as little as possible; and meanwhile, the image information is enhanced, the perception ability of a driver to the real world is improved, the driving safety is guaranteed, and the driving experience of a vehicle model is improved.
