The invention relates to the technical field of automobile active safety, and discloses an accelerator pedal misoperation judging method and a mistaken stepping prevention system. Firstly, acceleratormistaken stepping is divided into two types; firstly, in the vehicle driving process, when obstacles or other moving sources suddenly appear in front, a driver takes an accelerator pedal as a brake pedal and rapidly steps on the accelerator pedal to the bottom due to nervousness and panic; and secondly, the driver unconsciously treads the accelerator by mistake in a parking state or other drivingstates with lower vehicle speed, and two different conditions are distinguished through the vehicle speed. For different types of accelerator mistaken stepping, different parameters are adopted for recognition and judgment, accelerator mistaken stepping under emergency conditions is judged through accelerator pedal force, accelerator mistaken stepping under general conditions is judged through the accelerator pedal force and the accelerator pedal opening degree jointly, and on the basis of the method, the recognition precision of accelerator pedal misoperation can be improved. The phenomena of missed judgment and misjudgment are remarkably reduced, and normal acceleration behaviors such as accelerator mistaken stepping, rapid overtaking, slow starting and rapid starting are effectively distinguished.

    本发明涉及汽车主动安全技术领域,公开了一种油门踏板误操作判别方法及防误踩系统。首先将油门误踩分为两种类型,一是车辆行驶过程中,前方突然出现障碍物或其他移动源时,驾驶人由于紧张、慌乱将油门踏板当做制动踏板迅速踩踏到底;二是驾驶人泊车或其他车速较低的行驶状态下,无意识的发生油门误踩的行为,并通过车速区分两种不同的情况。对于不同类型的油门误踩,采用不同参数进行识别判断,利用油门踏板力度判断突发情况下的油门误踩,采用油门踏板力度和油门踏板开度共同判断一般情况下的油门误踩,基于该方法,可提高油门踏板误操作的识别精度,显著减少漏判、误判现象,并有效区分油门误踩和快速超车、缓慢起步、快速起步等正常加速行为。
