The invention provides an overload control monitoring point distribution method based on truck GPS data. The method comprises the steps of: screening and cleaning the truck GPS data, and obtaining theGPS data of freight vehicles; dividing vehicle travel states based on travel angles and truck speeds, recognizing truck travel stop points, and marking truck travel chains; based on a direction matching method and a shortest distance method, matching moving points in truck travel tracks to an urban road network; constructing two evaluation indexes, namely a daily average vehicle passing frequencyand a daily average vehicle passing number, calculating the daily average vehicle passing frequency and the daily average vehicle passing number of trucks of each road; according to the daily averagevehicle passing frequency and the daily average vehicle passing number, constructing road comprehensive vehicle passing indexes, conducting point distribution importance sorting on road sections, selecting road sections with high comprehensive vehicle passing index values so as to form a monitoring point distribution scheme; and finally, constructing two evaluation indexes, namely a daily averagedetection vehicle ratio and a truck travel coverage rate, and evaluating an overload treatment monitoring effect which is realized after monitoring point positions are newly added.
本发明提供一种基于货车GPS数据的治超监测布点方法,该方法对车辆GPS数据进行筛选与清洗,获取货运车辆的GPS数据;然后,基于出行角度以及货车速度来划分车辆出行状态,识别货车出行停留点,标记货车出行链;接着,基于方向匹配法与最短距离法,将货车出行轨迹中的移动点匹配至城市路网上;然后,构建日均过车频次与日均过车数两个评价指标,计算每条道路货车的日均过车频次与日均过车数量;然后,根据日均过车频次与日均过车数构建道路综合过车指标,对路段进行布点重要度排序,选取综合过车指标值靠前的路段,组成监测布点方案;最后,构建日均检测车辆比和货车出行覆盖率两个评估指标,对新增监测点位后的治超监控效果进行评估。
