The invention discloses an automatic positioning control system and control method for a steelmaking scrap steel platform car. The system comprises a platform car, a transmission motor, a supporting cable, a winding drum, a heavy hammer, an encoder, a PLC control unit and an operation box. The method comprises the following steps that: the platform car advances and retreats through the transmission motor, the platform car drives the winding drum to unwind a cable during advancing, and the heavy hammer controls the winding drum to wind the cable during the retreating of the platform car; the encoder collects cable unwinding and winding signals and transmits the signals to the PLC control unit; the PLC control unit calculates the running distance of the platform car by using a piecewise calibration function, segments the running range of the platform car to obtain the corresponding relationship between the output length of each section of the supporting cable and the actual position of the platform car, determines a corresponding correction coefficient; and finally the output lengths of the all sections of supporting cable are integrated, and the positioning control of the platform car is completed through the operation box. The method has the advantages of low investment cost and strong anti-interference capability, and can reduce the labor intensity of workers, shorten the operation time of the platform car and improve production benefits with production precision requirements met.

    本发明公开了一种炼钢废钢平台车的自动定位控制系统及控制方法,系统包括平板车、传动电机、托揽、卷筒、重锤、编码器、PLC控制单元、操作箱,方法为:平台车通过传动电机前进、后退,前进时平台车带动卷筒放揽,后退时重锤控制卷筒卷揽。编码器采集放揽、卷揽信号传输到PLC控制单元,PLC控制单元运用分段校准函数计算平台车运行距离,把平台车运行范围分段,得出每段托揽输出长度和平台车实际位置的对应关系,确定相应的修正系数,最后将各段托揽输出长度进行整合,通过操作箱完成平台车定位控制。本发明投入成本低、抗干扰能力强,在满足生产精度要求的同时,降低工人的劳动强度、缩短了平台车的操作时间、提高了生产效益。
