The invention discloses a core assembly with a non-uniform wave pitch structure. The core assembly comprises heat dissipation belts, baffles, heat dissipation pipes and main sheets, wherein the heat dissipation belts are wave-shaped; the wave pitches of the heat dissipation belts are of a non-uniform structural design; the temperatures of the heat dissipation belts in the inlet direction are relatively higher; the wave pitches of the heat dissipation belts in the inlet direction are dense; the temperatures of the heat dissipation belts in the outlet direction are relatively lower; the wave pitches of the heat dissipation belts in the outlet direction are sparse; and the wave pitches of the heat dissipation belts are gradually sparse from the inlet direction to the outlet direction. The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation products. According to the core assembly with the non-uniform wave pitch structure, a heat dissipation belt structure with a smaller wave pitch is adopted at a position with a larger temperature difference, so that the heat dissipation area of the core assembly is increased, and the heat dissipation performance of the core assembly can be relatively improved at a water inlet end. A heat dissipation belt structure with a larger wave pitch is adopted at a position with a smaller temperature difference, so that the heat dissipation area ofthe core assembly is reduced, the wind resistance of a radiator (intercooler) core can be relatively reduced, and the heat dissipation performance of the radiator core can be improved under the condition of the same wind resistance by adjusting the wave pitch of the radiator core.

    本发明公开了一种非均匀波距结构芯体组件,包括散热带、挡板、散热管和主片,散热带呈波浪形状,并且散热带的波距采用非均匀结构设计,散热带进口方向温度相对较高,进口方向波距密集,并且散热带出口方向温度相对较低,出口方向波距稀疏,散热带从进口方向到出口方向波距逐渐稀疏,本发明涉及散热产品技术领域。该非均匀波距结构芯体组件,在温差较高处,采用波距较小的散热带结构,增加其散热面积,可以在进水口端相对提高其散热性能;在温差较低处,采用波距较大的散热带结构,减小其散热面积,可以相对降低其散热器(中冷器)芯体风阻,通过调整散热器芯体的波距就可以做到在同等风阻的情况下增大其散热性能。
