The invention relates to the technical field of tower cranes, in particular to a stable anti-shaking device of a tower crane. The stable anti-shaking device comprises a support frame, a base, a beam,a hook and gravity blocks; the lower end of the support frame is connected with the base; the top of the support frame is connected with the beam; the hook is arranged at the end part of one end of the beam; the gravity blocks are arranged at the end part of the other end of the beam; a stand column is arranged on one side of a frame rod of the support frame; the stand column is connected with twosymmetrically-distributed telescopic columns; one end of each telescopic column is connected with the stand column; a control column is arranged at the other end of the corresponding telescopic column; and one end of the corresponding telescopic column extends into a cylindrical groove formed in the control column. According to the stable anti-shaking device, a plurality of supporting mechanismsare arranged on the support frame, so that the situation that the support frame is excessively bent in the shaking process of the crane is avoided; and if the support frame is slightly bent, the plurality of supporting mechanisms work to control the support frame to resist deformation of the support frame, and meanwhile an alarm arranged on the support frame is triggered to remind workers under the crane to conduct safety early warning.

    本发明涉及塔式起重机技术领域,具体为一种塔式起重机的稳定防晃动装置,包括支撑架、底座、横梁、挂钩和重力块,支撑架的下端连接有底座,支撑架的顶部连接有横梁,横梁的一端端部设置有挂钩,横梁的另一端端部设置有重力块,支撑架的框架杆一侧设置有立柱,立柱上连接有两个对称分布的伸缩柱,伸缩柱的一端和立柱连接,伸缩柱的另一端设置有控制柱,伸缩柱一端延伸到控制柱上开设的圆柱槽中,本发明通过在支撑架上设置若干支撑机构,避免起重机晃动过程中支撑架发生过度弯曲的情况,如果支撑架发生细微的弯曲,若干支撑机构工作控制支撑架,用来对抗支撑架的形变,同时触发在支撑架上设置的报警器,提醒起重机下的工作人员,进行安全预警。
