An aluminum alloy lightweight left-right weight consistent design is adopted; each assistor is divided into a left independent device and a right independent device, the two assistors are communicated with twodisplays in a cab through a WIFI link, the left assistor is provided with a lithium battery pack, a main control chip, a GPS, an intercom, a camera, an LED lamp strip, a solar panel and a charging interface and is connected with the left display of the cab through the WIFI link to display the position of the big hook on a map, the GPS is used for positioning APP to give an instruction to the maincontrol chip, and a cab operator can work according to a rise and fall point on the left display; and the right assistor is provided with a lithium battery pack, a main control chip, a distance measuring device, an illumination device, a camera, an LED lamp strip, a solar panel and a charging interface, and is connected with the right display of the cab through the WIFI link to display a pictureand the distance of the position where the big hook is located. According to the assistors, blind areas of the cab operator are avoided, and construction on a construction site is safer.
本发明实施例公开了一种塔吊安装在大钩左右两侧的辅助器,属于塔吊设备技术领域,采用铝合金轻量化左右重量一致设计,辅助器分为左右2块独立的装置,通过WIFI链接让2块辅助器和驾驶室2个显示器互通,左辅助器设有锂电池组,主控芯片,GPS定位系统,对讲,摄像头,LED灯带,太阳能板,充电接口,通过WIFI链接驾驶室左显示器显示大钩在地图上的位置,用GPS定位APP为主控芯片下达指令,驾驶室操作员就会按照左显示器上的起落点进行工作。右辅助器设有锂电池组,主控芯片,测距,照明,摄像头,LED灯带,太阳能板,充电接口,通过WIFI链接驾驶室右显示器,显示大钩所在位置的画面和距离。本发明实施避免了驾驶室操作员的盲区,让工地施工更加安全。
