The invention discloses a bearing assembly and a hoisting device with the bearing assembly. The bearing assembly comprises at least two bearing pieces and at least two positioning pieces, each bearingpiece is provided with a head sliding end and a tail sliding end, the at least two bearing pieces are sequentially connected end to end through the sliding ends to form closed bearing cavities in theinner sides of the bearing pieces, and every two adjacent sliding ends are arranged in a relative sliding mode to adjust the size of openings of the bearing cavities; and the positioning pieces are detachably connected between the two adjacent sliding ends and are used for relatively fixing the two sliding ends. By adjusting the two sliding ends which are connected with each other, the size of the openings of the bearing cavities can be expanded or reduced, and therefore the bearing cavities can adapt to building elements of other sizes; and after the bearing cavities are adjusted, the two sliding ends are relatively fixed through the positioning pieces, so that the adjusted bearing cavities are stabilized, and the building elements of other sizes can be placed on the bearing cavities atthe moment.

    本发明公开了一种承载组件和具有上述承载组件的吊装装置,承载组件包括至少两个承载件和至少两个定位件,每个承载件具有首尾两个滑动端,至少两个承载件通过滑动端首尾依次连接,以在承载件内侧形成封闭的承载腔,且相邻的两个滑动端相对滑动设置,以调整承载腔的开口大小;定位件可拆卸连接于相邻两个滑动端之间,用于两个滑动端之间相对固定。通过调整相互连接的两滑动端,从而使承载腔开口的大小进行扩张或缩小,从而适配其它尺寸的建筑构件;当承载腔调整好以后,通过定位件使两滑动端相对固定,从而使被调节后的承载腔被稳固,此时承载腔上可放置其它大小的建筑构件。
