The invention discloses a locking and unlocking method for a bicycle. The locking and unlocking method comprises the steps that unlocking information or locking information is received; vibration information of a bicycle body is obtained; whether the bicycle body is in a static state or not is judged according to the vibration information, and if so, an unlocking action or a locking action is executed according to the unlocking information or the locking information. The invention further discloses unlocking equipment of the bicycle.
