The invention provides an electric vehicle charging device composed of a metal fuel cell. The electric vehicle charging device comprises a shell and a displayer, an alarm and a control panel which arearranged on the shell, and a DC/DC converter I, a DC/DC converter II, a cell management and control system, a monitoring and control system, a starting cell and N metal fuel cell stacks which are contained in the shell; each stack is connected with the cell management and control system through a measurement and control line; the electric energy input end of the DC/DC converter I is conductivelyconnected with the electric energy output end of the stack, and the electric energy output end of the DC/DC converter I is conductively connected with a charging connector; the electric energy input end of the DC/DC converter II is conductively connected with the electric energy output end of the stack, and the output end of the DC/DC converter II is conductively connected with the monitoring andcontrol system and the cell management and control system; and the starting cell is conductively connected with the monitoring and control system and the cell management and control system. The electric vehicle charging device is simple and fast in operation and safe and environment-friendly in operation.
