The invention discloses a high-voltage safety control method and system for an electric commercial vehicle, and relates to the field of high-voltage safety control, and the method comprises the steps:triggering active safety protection or driver emergency stop protection, and starting safety control: enabling a vehicle control unit to disconnect an enable signal of a vehicle high-voltage part, and controlling a high-voltage control module corresponding to the vehicle high-voltage part to stop; the vehicle control unit generates a zero-torque instruction and a quick discharge instruction and sends the instructions to the motor, and when the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than a preset rotating speed and the total current of the power battery is lower than a preset current, a high-voltage power-off instruction is sent to the power battery management system; and the power battery management system executes the high-voltage power-off instruction, the main positive and negative relays are disconnected, and power-off of the power battery is completed. The whole vehicle can be safely powered off so that the driving safety of the electric vehicle is effectively ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电动商用车高压安全控制方法及系统,涉及高压安全控制领域,该方法包括主动安全保护或驾驶员急停保护触发,启动安全控制:整车控制器断开汽车高压部件的使能信号,并控制汽车高压部件对应的高压控制模块停机;整车控制器生成零扭矩指令和快速放电指令并发至电机,并当电机转速小于预设转速且动力电池总电流低于预设电流时,向动力电池管理系统发送高压下电指令;动力电池管理系统执行高压下电指令,总正负继电器断开,动力电池下电完成。本发明能够使整车安全下电,从而有效保证电动汽车的行驶安全。
