A method and a user interface system (100) in a vehicle. The user interface system (100) comprising a sensor (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d,..., 10n) configured to detect a real-time physiological data of a person (1), a multimedia interface (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d,..., 50n) configured to output multimedia and a processing circuitry (102). The processing circuitry (102) is configured to cause the user interfacesystem (100) to detect, by the sensor (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d,..., 10n), a real-time physiological data of a person (1); generate a multimedia effect based on the real-time physiological data; and outputthe multimedia effect to the person (1) via a multimedia interface (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d,..., 50n) of the device.
