The invention discloses a private electric vehicle participation power grid regulation and control capability evaluation method based on a travel chain and participation willingness. The method comprises the steps: carrying out the probability fitting of the feature information amount of the travel chain, and obtaining a probability fitting result of the feature information amount; simulating travel chains of a plurality of EVs by using a random simulation method, and determining space-time distribution states of the travel chains; evaluating the regulation and control capability of the singleEV, and calculating the regulation and control capability level of the single EV; on the basis of the regulation and control capability model of the single EV, calculating the EV cluster regulation and control capability level of the functional area; establishing willingness models of users participating in charging regulation and discharging regulation by using fuzzy reasoning, and calculating and considering the actual regulation and control capability level under the EV user participation willingness. According to the method, the regulation and control capability evaluation model of the single EV is established on the basis of the spatial and temporal distribution of the city-level private EV, the EV cluster regulation and control capability evaluation model considering the spatial andtemporal distribution of the EV is established accordingly, and the regulation and control capability level of the city-level private EV can be truly reflected in combination with the participation willingness of the user.

    本发明公开了一种基于出行链和参与意愿的私家电动汽车参与电网调控能力评估方法,包括:对出行链的特征信息量进行概率拟合,得到特征信息量的概率拟合结果;用随机模拟方法模拟若干EV的出行链,确定其时空分布状态;对单辆EV的调控能力进行评估,计算单辆EV的调控能力水平;以单辆EV的调控能力模型为基础,计算功能区的EV集群调控能力水平;用模糊推理建立用户参与充电调控和放电调控的意愿模型,并计算考虑EV用户参与意愿度下的实际调控能力水平。本发明在城市级私家EV的时空分布基础上,建立单辆EV的调控能力评估模型,并以此建立考虑EV时空分布的EV集群调控能力评估模型,结合用户的参与意愿,能够较为真实的反映城市级私家EV的调控能力水平。
