The invention discloses a multi-pass high-voltage electric connector and a new energy automobile, and aims to solve the problems that an existing electric connector cannot be applied to the high-voltage field of new energy automobiles and cannot gather and connect a plurality of high-voltage components. The invention provides a multi-pass high-voltage electric connector. The connector comprises anouter shell, an insulator, a copper bar, a wiring terminal, a sealing element and a shielding ring. The copper bars and the wiring terminals are respectively used for connecting different high-voltage components. Depending on specific situations, the multi-pass high-voltage electric connector can be arranged to be of a three-way structure or a four-way structure. The multi-pass high-voltage electric connector provided by the invention is applied to a high-voltage platform. High-voltage insulation, EMC electromagnetic shielding and sealing performance are designed according to high-voltage safety specification requirements of the new energy automobile. The high-voltage connector has high-voltage insulation, 360-degree electromagnetic shielding and good sealing performance, can be applied to connection of high-voltage components of new energy vehicles, and can be used for collecting and connecting different high-voltage components together, so that the space is saved, and the integration of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种多通高压电连接器以及新能源汽车,以解决现有电连接器无法应用于新能源汽车高压领域,且无法将多个高压部件汇聚连接的问题。本发明提供的多通高压电连接器,包括外壳体、绝缘体、铜排、接线端子、密封件和屏蔽环,铜排和接线端子分别用于连接不同的高压部件,根据具体情况,该多通高压电连接器可设置为三通结构或者四通结构,本发明提供的多通高压电连接器应用于高电压平台,针对新能源汽车的高压安全规范要求进行高压绝缘、EMC电磁屏蔽和密封性方面进行设计,具有高压绝缘、360°电磁屏蔽和良好的密封性,可应用于新能源汽车高压部件的连接,将不同高压部件汇集连接在一起,节省空间,提高整车集成化。
