The invention discloses an aircraft ground air conditioning unit and cooling capacity control method thereof. According to the method, the environment temperature, the air outlet amount, the air outlet temperature and the high-pressure pressure and evaporation pressure of a refrigerating unit are monitored in real time, the air conditioning unit has a variable air outlet amount and air outlet dryball temperature adjusting function, the refrigerating capacity output of the unit is adjusted in real time to adapt to the load, and the air outlet volume-air outlet dry ball temperature combinationis adjusted in real time according to different aircraft types. On the premise that the cabin cooling requirement is met, the unit is prevented from being too high in high-pressure pressure and too low in evaporation temperature, safe and efficient operation of the unit is maintained, and therefore frosting is delayed, the cooling quality is improved, the operation cost of the air conditioning unit is reduced, the fault rate of the unit is effectively reduced, and the defects of high frosting tendency, low operating efficiency and poor cabin comfort caused by overhigh high-pressure pressure and overlow low-pressure pressure due to the fact that the fixed air outlet volume and fixed air outlet dry ball temperature control method of a traditional airplane ground air conditioning unit is difficult to meet the environmental working condition or load change are overcome.

    本发明公开了一种飞机地面空调机组及其冷量控制方法,该方法实时监测环境温度、出风量、出风温度和制冷单元的高压压力及蒸发压力,空调机组具备可变出风量和出风干球温度调节功能,实时调节机组的制冷量输出与负荷相适应,针对不同飞机机型实时调整出风量‑出风干球温度组合,在满足机舱降温要求前提下,避免机组高压压力过高、蒸发温度过低,维持机组安全、高效运行,从而达到延缓结霜,提高供冷质量,降低空调机组运行费用,有效降低机组的故障率。克服了传统飞机地面空调机组的固定出风量、固定出风干球温度控制方法难以满足环境工况或负荷变化而出现的高压压力过高、低压压力过低引起易结霜、运行效率低、机舱舒适性差的缺点。
