The invention discloses a ground air conditioner unit for an airplane and a defrosting method thereof. The ground air conditioner unit for the airplane comprises a defrosting unit composed of a three-way proportion regulating valve, an evaporation steam sensor and a controller. Defrosting control adopts a dynamic defrosting method, and the controller detects a reduction range of an evaporation pressure. When the reduction range of the evaporation pressure relative to an initial evaporation pressure reaches a set value, a defrosting mode is started. During defrosting, the aperture of the three-way proportion regulating valve is regulated dynamically according to the evaporation pressure so as to prevent a too high air outlet temperature; and when the reduction range of the evaporation pressure relative to the initial evaporation pressure is lower than the set value or an air outlet temperature reaches the set value, an initial mode is quitted. The ground air conditioner unit solves theproblem of excessive defrosting or low-efficiency operation with frost as a frosting condition cannot be detected truly according to a fixed defrosting temperature defrosting method in the prior art,improves the operation efficiency of the air conditioner unit, reduces the fluctuating range of the air outlet temperature and saves the energy sources.

    本发明公开了一种飞机地面空调机组及其除霜方法,该飞机地面空调机组包括三通比例调节阀,蒸发压力传感器和控制器组成的除霜单元,除霜控制采用动态除霜方法,控制器检测蒸发压力的降低幅度,当蒸发压力相对初始蒸发压力的降低幅度达到设定值时启动除霜模式,除霜时根据蒸发压力动态调节三通比例调节阀开度,防止出风温度过高;蒸发压力相对初始蒸发压力的降低幅度低于设定值或出风温度达到设定值时退出初始模式。本发明解决了现有技术根据固定除霜温度除霜控制方法不能真实检测结霜情况而出现的过度除霜或带霜低效运行问题,提高空调机组运行效率,降低出风温度波动幅度,节省了能源。
