The invention discloses an elevator guide rail dynamic detection system. The system comprises an elevator car; guide rail assemblies which are formed by splicing a plurality of groups of steel rails with equal lengths; guide shoes which are symmetrically installed on the outer wall of the elevator car and correspond to the guide rail assemblies and are used for being matched with the guide rail assemblies to limit the elevator car moving up and down; a distance measuring device which is installed at the top of the elevator car and used for measuring the distance between the top of the elevatorcar and the top of the hoistway in real time in the running and moving process of the elevator car so as to determine the real-time position of the elevator car; and a temperature measuring device which is used for measuring the temperature of the guide rail assemblies in real time. Maintenance personnel do not need to climb into an elevator shaft for operation in the using and working process, the dangerousness of the guide rail detection process is reduced, and meanwhile, the detection process can be conducted in the normal up-down operation process of an elevator, and normal operation of the elevator cannot be affected.
