The invention relates to the technical field of ship equipment and discloses a spiral chain discarding device capable of quickly reacting. The device comprises a mounting plate, a chain hook is hingedto one side of the bottom of the mounting plate, an adjusting seat is hinged to one side of the middle of the mounting plate, and a rotating shaft is movably connected to the upper portion of the adjusting seat in a sleeving mode. Through the arrangement of an adjusting device and a channel, when an anchor chain is clamped, a worker rotates an adjusting handle clockwise to clamp the chain hook; when an accident occurs and emergency chain discarding is needed, a worker can manually rotate the adjusting handle anticlockwise; at the moment, the hollow shaft drives a clamping block to reversely rotate; fixing teeth rotate to extrude the clamping block to shrink towards the interior of the sleeve shaft; the clamping block can be completely pressed in only by rotating one eighth circle, at themoment, due to the influence of factors such as the gravity of the anchor chain, the sleeve shaft enters along the channel, the bottom end of the adjusting base can be rapidly and automatically liftedup for chain discarding, and compared with a traditional spiral chain discarding device, rapid chain discarding can be automatically conducted.

    本发明涉及船舶设备技术领域,且公开了一种快速反应的螺旋弃链器,包括安装板,所述安装板底部的一侧铰接有链钩,所述安装板中部的一侧铰接有调节座,所述调节座的上部活动套接有转轴。通过调节装置和通道的设置,在进行卡锚链时,工作人员通过顺时针旋转调节把手,对链钩进行卡死;当发生意外情况而需要紧急弃链时,工作人员可以手动逆时针旋转调节把手,此时空心轴带动卡块反向旋转,固定齿的旋转将挤压卡块向套轴内部收缩,只需要旋转八分之一圈,卡块便可被完全压入,此时由于锚链的重力等因素影响,使套轴沿着通道进入,使得调节座底端能够快速自动抬起进行弃链,相比于传统的螺旋弃链器,能够自动进行快速弃链。
